English: King Farouk I of Egypt celebrates his 22nd birthday at Abdeen Palace with members of his family. According to the photograph's caption on Flickr, it was published on 11 May 1944 in the 830th issue of weekly magazine Rose al-Yūsuf. The people depicted in the photograph are (from left to right):
  • Queen Farida (1921–1988), Farouk's wife;
  • King Farouk I (1920–1965);
  • Princess Nimet Mouhtar (1876–1945), Farouk's paternal aunt;
  • Princess Faiza (1923–1994), Farouk's sister;
  • Princess Faika (1926–1983), Farouk's sister;
  • Princess Fathia (1930–1976), Farouk's sister.
